Heavy Metal Barbell is a collaboration between Rick and Tas, two local boys born and raised in Ocean Grove.
We have created our dream warehouse facility in the industrial estate of Ocean Grove and focus on strength and conditioning development by utilising free weights and incorporating and combining the training styles of Powerlifting, Strongman and Weightlifting.
No prior knowledge or fitness base is required! Whether you're a beginner, experienced, male, female, adolescent, adult or aging, all are welcome in a friendly club atmosphere.
